In the picturesque Perth Hills area of Kalamunda, Roshana Care Group has unveiled its masterpiece – the Carmel Aged Care Facility. This multi-million dollar project seamlessly blends luxury with practicality, offering 80 new beds adjacent to their existing facility.
Dr. Rosh Jalagge, CEO of Roshana Care Group, envisioned a facility that would redefine senior living in Perth. The result is a two-storey marvel featuring four wings, each boasting spacious rooms with private ensuite bathrooms. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a professional hairdressing salon, a serene wellness garden, a cinema, and an inviting on-site café.
While catering to the classic Australian semi-rural demographic, the facility subtly incorporates Sri Lankan elements, reflecting Roshana Group’s heritage. This cultural fusion creates a unique atmosphere that feels familiar.
The challenge was to achieve a five-star ambience while being competitively valued. Our years of expertise in design and selection played a crucial role in delivering this vision. Incorporating the Sri Lankan colours and the local wildflower flora, together with the community’s environment, we managed to capture the essence of Roshana and the locale through the treatment of colours and fabric finishes throughout the facility.
Roshana Care Group collaborated closely with us and found touring our factory to view product being manufactured a truly rewarding experience.
