When the business began working with the aged care community in the early 2000s, manufacturing locally meant more than producing furniture. It meant building trust, learning directly from our care partners, and understanding the everyday needs of facilities across the country.  

Our work was not done in isolation, instead we listened closely to nurses, carers, facility leaders, families, and residents themselves. Those conversations shaped every design decision, helping us create furniture that doesn’t just fill a space, but enriches it.

Yet with our own 14,000m² manufacturing home here in Australia, we’re able to face these challenges with confidence. Local production involves shorter transportation, giving us the ability to deliver quickly with the quality and care our communities have trusted for so many years. 

Staying local also strengthens our ability to collaborate closely with care facilities, designers and architects across Australia. From concept to installation, we can support projects with greater clarity, speed and reliability.
