At The George Centre, care begins long before a patient meets their clinician. As a modern day and short-stay private hospital located within the growing medical precinct of Gledswood Hills, The George Centre was created to provide comprehensive health services close to home. With a focus on comfort, accessibility and quality care, the facility needed furniture solutions that would support patients through every stage of their experience, from arrival to recovery, while complementing the calm and contemporary design of the space.
Every space, whether for rest, recovery or reassurance, plays a role in supporting wellbeing. Crown Furniture was pleased to have the opportunity to contribute to this vision through considered furniture solutions designed for comfort, durability and ease of care.
In the pediatric areas, the Plaza Single Mid Back Lounge and Wave Chair were selected for their refined simplicity and inviting form while in the recovery rooms, the Ashley Single High Back Electric Recliner was chosen to provide patients with comfort and control during their rest and recuperation. Crafted with a high-quality hardwood and metal frame for strength and stability.
