With residents purchasing off the plan, B2 Property Solutions was brought in to design and create the furniture pieces used in the 3D renders along with the Crown Furniture team. Of the 31 different products Crown Furniture created for the project, 21 were custom designed and all were designed to be fit for purpose for seniors living. Working alongside interior designer, Kate Beresford-Banks, the Crown Furniture team worked to fine tune every detail – from the fabrics to the curves and lines used in each design.

As an apartment style concept, residents furnished their own homes whilst Crown Furniture covered the rest. From the elegant dining room and bar area to the fireside lounge, we ensured every space captured the high-end designer look Bolton Clarke desired.

Upon entering the spectacular entrance foyer, you’ll find yourself wondering if you’re in the right place. With all of the glamour of a five-star hotel, Europa on Alma certainly doesn’t feel like ‘downsizing’. A rooftop courtyard offers scenic district views and barbecue facilities where residents can catch up with friends old and new whilst the art studio and on-site café will provide ample entertainment.

For residents looking to wander, Europa on Alma is conveniently located close to parks and open spaces. For foodies, Fitzroy St and Acland St are just moments away, offering some of the area’s best eateries.
