Crown Furniture joined Australia’s architecture and design community at The‑Arc ICONICA: Brisbane 2026, an industry exhibition hosted by The Arc Agency on 30 April 2026 at the John Reid Pavilion. Designed to encourage focused dialogue and immersive engagement, the event brought together professionals from across the built environment to exchange ideas and explore emerging design responses.
Set within a curated and welcoming environment, the exhibition fostered meaningful interaction across architecture, interior design, landscape, specification, and product sectors. Crown Furniture representatives Terry Wallace, Hartley Pedersen, and Petra Strydom engaged in considered discussions centred on real‑world project challenges and evolving expectations across diverse environments.
ICONICA Brisbane marked Crown Furniture’s first participation in a The‑Arc exhibition. The exhibition presented a preview of furniture designed for high‑care and secure settings, including hospitals, mental health facilities, and correctional environments. The Ryno® Modular range featured prominently, highlighting durability, flexibility, safety, and support for both operational performance and patient wellbeing.
An interactive component of the evening, the 180‑degree challenge, invited attendees to explore the Ryno® Modular range through miniature scale models. The hands‑on activity encouraged conversation around flexibility, configuration, and practical application across a range of project types.
The event reinforced the value of industry gatherings that prioritise relevance, dialogue, and thoughtful design outcomes.
