Leaders Summit 2026

Crown Furniture joined leaders across the retirement living and aged care sector at the Leaders Summit 2026 The Business of Ageing, held from 24 to 25 March at the Hyatt Regency Sydney. Overlooking Darling Harbour, the Summit brought together 550 sector professionals to explore the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of care.

With demand for aged care and retirement living set to grow significantly by 2030, the Summit provided a forum for reflection, collaboration, and forward-thinking strategies. Attendees discussed critical topics including workforce, funding, regulation, digital transformation, and innovation in service delivery.

Crown Furniture shared insights on fit for purpose solutions that support residents’ independence, comfort, and safety, demonstrating how thoughtful design can quietly enhance care while supporting operational goals.
