Pricing and Payment
A 60% Deposit Invoice with banking details will be signed on order acceptance. The deposit is non-refundable and payment must be received before order proceeds to production. After delivery, a Balance Invoice will be sent. Payment of Balance Invoice is required within 7 days.
Solution Design Group Pty Ltd T/as Crown Furniture reserves the right to recover the goods if payment is not received.
All prices are valid for 30 days from the date of proposal. Solution Design Group Pty Ltd T/as Crown Furniture reserves the right to amend pricing after this period. Prices exclude GST & Delivery, unless stated.
Where quotations are signed off without all product specifications confirmed by the Purchaser, Solution Design Group Pty Ltd T/as Crown Furniture reserves the right to apply price increases after a period of 30 days. The Purchaser will be informed that specifications need to be finalised before the order can proceed to manufacturing.
Delivery and Placement
In the instance of postponed delivery dates, Solution Design Group Pty Ltd T/as Crown Furniture reserves the right to charge storage fees to the Purchaser.
Solution Design Group reserves the right to reschedule the delivery if the Customer site is deemed unacceptable for accepting the goods. In this instance, the Customer will be liable for additional charges incurred including, but not limited to, storage and delivery.
Title and Risk
Title to the Goods shall pass to the Purchaser upon receipt of full payment to Solution Design Group Pty Ltd T/as Crown Furniture.
Risk in relation to the goods shall pass to the Purchaser upon sign off of Delivery of Goods.
Fabrics & finishes may differ from what is shown here. Fabric dye-lots may vary from samples to actual.
Order Variations
Solution Design Group Pty Ltd T/as Crown Furniture reserves the right to amend pricing if there are variations to product specifications or delivery details after proposal sign off.
Order Cancellation
Accepted proposals cannot be cancelled, except with the written permission of Solution Design Group Pty Ltd T/as Crown Furniture. The Customer must indemnify Solution Design Group Pty Ltd T/as Crown Furniture for all loss and damage in relation to any part of the order that is cancelled.
